This hall ticket should be produced at the examination hall and show it to the Chief Superintendent whenever demanded. 2. The hall ticket should be preserved by the candidates even after the examination, untill their results are announced and produced whenever it is demanded. 3. Candidate should sign in the hall ticket in the examination hall before the Chief or Assistant Superintendent, if required. 4. A copy of the time table is enclosed and the instructions issued therein regarding their conduct at the examination hall should be scrupulously observed. 5. Candidates should carefully scrutinise the Nominal rolls put up on the notice board, a day r two before the commencement of the examination and inform the Chief Superintendent immediately, if there is any mistake relating to the name, father's name, date of birth General Education Qualifications, etc., Register number as given in the Hall Ticket, medium and the subjects offered, etc. If they fail to report, promptly to the Chief Superintendent any ommissions or mistakes in the Normal Rolls, the entire responsibility rests with the candidates only. 6. The following are the rates of fees for the following items : (i) Certified copy of marks. (ii) Checking of the Re-totalling of marks in each subject (to be applied within one month from the date of publication of the results). 7. No revaluation of answer script is done. 8. The entries in columns 1 to 7 and 13 of the application should correspond with those in the teachers Training Institute Record. 9. In any case no application form will be entertained in this office which is received direct from the candidate. 10. Hall Ticket will be forwarded to the Chief Superintendent of the Examination Centre from whom they should receive the Hall Ticket two or three days before the commencement of the examination. 11. Wrong and incomplete information furnished against any item may lead to the rejection of the application. 12. In submitting an application form for admission to the examination the candidate will be deemed to have given an undertaking that he/she will abide by all the rules inforce or those to be brought into effect hereafter. 13. The candidate should clearly mention in the application cum-hall ticket the subjects in which he desires to be examined. 14. The Examination fee is as follows: For full subjects:-Rs. 50-00 For two subjects:-Rs. 35-00 For three subjects:-Rs. 45-00 For one subject:-Rs. 25-00 15. The Amount has to be remitted to the following Head of Account of this office through the consolidated challan by the Principal of the Institution 0202 Education, Sports, Arts and Culture 01-General Education 102-Secretary Education 01-Examination Fee 02-Other Fee Examinations conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations. 16. The fee once paid will neither be refunded nor reserved for a subsequent examination under any circumstances. 17. Any candidate who comminutes with the examiners or who does not be have properly towards the, Chief Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent of the examination or is suspected of having any recourse to malpractice of any kind or whose answer papers contain objectionable matter or who gains Admission to the Public Examination by suppressing any fact or facts, is liable to have his/her examination invalidated and also to be debarred from appearing again for the public examination or such other action as the Commissioner for Government Examination thinks fit. 18. All the entries in application form and Hall Ticket except Roll No. should be filled up by the candidate and the same should be checked by the concerned forwarding authority. 19. The admission of all candidates who do not fulfill the conditions of admission to the Teachers Training Certificate Public Exa mination is purely on a provisional basis subject to the correction as stated above.
