Signature:: Applicant:: Dated:: QUALIFICATIONS USED FOR THE TECHNICAL STAFF RULE 157 SCHEDULE (i) The manufacture of Ayurvedic/Unani Drugs shall be conducted under the direction and supervisor of competent technical staff consisting along one person. Who is a whole time employee and the possesses any of the following qualifications namely: a) A degree in Ayurvedic/Unani system of Medicine as the case may be confirmed by a University?(s)/ State Government or statutory facultion, council and Board of Indian Systems of Medicines recognised by the Central Government of a state government for this purpose or b) A Graduate in Ayurvedic / Unani Systems of Medicines granted by a State Government or an institute recognised by the central government for this purpose or c) A Graduate in Emergency of Phamaseutical, Chemistry of Botony of University recognised by the Central Government with experience of atleasttwo years in the manufacure of drugs pertaining to the Ayurvedic/Unanisystem of Medicine in the case of a Graduate in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry and of two years in the case of Graduates Chemistry or Botony or d) Avoid or Hemin registered in a staff Registration or pertaining of indigeneous systems of Medicines having experience of atleast four yaers in thwe manufacture of Ayurvedic/Uanni drugs or e) Aqualifiaction pharn\macist in Ayrvedic/Unani systems of medicines possesing expereince of not less than (8) years in the manufacture of Ayurvedic/Unani drugs as may be recognised by the Central Government. ................................................................................................................................................................ RULE 153: Application for Licence for the manufacture of Ayuvedic/Unani drugs 1. An application for the grant or renewal of licence to manufacture for scale any Ayrvedic/Unani drugs shall be made in form 8% to the licencing authority along with a lease of rupees sixty only (Rs 60/-).Provided further the case of renewal of application may apply for the renewal of the licence before its expiry or with in one month of such expirt. Provided further that if the application applied for general of the expiry of one month but within three months of such expiry the payable for renewal of such License shall be rupees Sixty plus on addition fee of ruppes Thirty. 2.
