East Locality ________________ village/Town within the marginality noted boundaries 2. West during the lease year commencing from 1st April, 19....... and 3. North ending with 31st March, 19..... subject to the following conditions 4. South and stipulations to be observed by you, the said viz., General conditions applicable to all Indian liquor/ Foreign liquor Beer licence as may be prescribed and the following special conditions : 1. The privilege extends to the sale of all kinds of the Indian liquor/Foreign liquor and Beer. No liquor shall be sold for removal from the licenced premises other than to visitors to the Star Hotel (3-Star and above) nor any liquor shall be sold otherwise than to the residents in the Star Hotel for their own use or that of their guests to casual visitors partaking of meals prepared and served in the good standard manner. 2. The licence is prohibited from purifying, colouring and flavouring the liquor or mixing any material therewith and form blending another kind of liquor with it or to keep in this possession other than authorised under this licence. 3. The licence is prohibited from bottling liquors. 4. The possession or sale of diluted beer by the licence is prohibited. 5. All Indian and Foreign liquor sold under this licence shall be duty paid showing the consumption from the Andhra Pradesh Beverages Corporation Limited. 6. The licence shall maintain and furnish to the Excise Superintendent statistics showing theconsumption of all kinds of liquors seperately.. 7. The licence is not transferable. 8. The licence shall be subject to cancellation or suspension at will by the Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise. 9.
