The Certificate of Registration shall be displayed at a prominent and conspicuous place in a part of the business open to public 2. The holder of the Certificate of Registration shall comply with provisions of Andhra Pradesh Cotton Seeds (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Act, 2007, Andhra Pradesh Cotton Seeds (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Rules, 2007 and the notifications issued there under and for the time being in-force. 3. The holder of the Certificate of Registration comes into force with immediate effect and shall be valid upto ............ Unless previously cancelled or by suspended. 4. The holder of the Certificate of Registration shall from time to time report to the Registering authority any change in the places where he carries business of sale or storage for the said purposes of cotton seeds. 5.
