The Certificate of Registration shall be displayed a prominent and conspicuous place in a part of the business open to the public (including processing plants, storage and sale Points), 2. The holder of the Certification of Registration shall comply with provisions of Andhra Pradesh Cotton Seeds (Regulation of supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Act, 2007 the Andhra Pradesh Cotton Seeds (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Rules, 2007 and the notifications issued there under and for the time being in-force. 3. The Certificate of Registration comes into force with immediate effect and shall be valid upto ..... unless previously cancelled or by suspended. 4. The holder of the certificate of Registration shall from time to time report to the Registration authority, any change in the places where he caries business of sale, export, import, storage, process, pack for the said purposes of cotton seeds. 5. The holder of the Certificate of Registration shall give every facility to this Registrating authority for the purpose of inspecting his stock in any shop, depot or godowns or other/places used by him for the purpose of cotton seeds.
