ANNEXURE - II EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE Before issuing Exemption Certificate, the Controlling Officer should satisfy that the applicant is eligible for exemption from payment of fee as per the relevant Service Rules. (1) This is to certify that Sri/Kum/Smt______________________________________ working as ________________________ is exempted from payment of fee under relevant rules for NOV., 2001 Examination. (2) The candidate has not availed two free chances after the test is made compulsory for promotion. (3) The test is prescribed as part of probation and training / the test newly imposed. Class IV employees, Record Assistants and Attenders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exemption from payment of fee. 2. Strike off the portion not applicable. 3. The application left unfilled/incomplete/without signature/ seal of the Controlling Officer will be summarily REJECTED. 4. The Certificate should be filled-in by the Controlling Officer in accordance with the instruction contained in Para 4 (iii) of the notification. 5. No candidate is exempted from payment of fee to be remitted for the Udyoga Samacharam i.e., Rs.20/- (Rupees Twenty only). If fee is not paid for Udyoga Samacharam, the application will summarily be rejected
