This license is valid for two years from the date of issue. [as amended vide G.O.Ms No.44, Housing (s) Dept Dt. 31-3-1992] SIGNATURE AND DESIGNATION OF THE LICENSING OFFICER CONDITION TO BE COMPLIED WITH THE LICENSE Every reeler shall comply with the following conditions for the purchase of silkworm cocoons for reeling. 1. a) He (or) the agents authorised by him and approved by the licencing authority shall operate only in the cocoon market. b) Every licence buyer or reeler should deposit with the market officer before commencing the bid the sum equivalent to the quantity of cocoons, which he indents the purchase in such bid. c) He shall not remove cocoons purchased by him to any area unless covered by a permit issued in form no.8. d) The reeler or in his absence his authorised agent approved by the licensing authority shall only bid into market. e) The reeler or his authorised agent approved by the licensing authority shall abided by the conditions laid down for transaction involving sale or purchase of cocoon in cocoon market. f) He shall not acquire cocoons otherwise than by purchase in the cocoons market. g) He shall maintain true and correct account relating to the purchase of cocoons in the cocoon market and it disposal. h) He shall if so required by an officer produce the accounts for inspection. i) He shall compulsorily make available to the workers of his unit all personal protective equipment for use. j) He shall insure compulsory periodical medical examination and treatment for the workers [added vide G.O.Ms.No. 335 Agri & Coop (Seri) Dept.
