Housing Board payabale at Hyderabad. 4) The filled-in application forms should be submitted to the Executive Engineer (Hg), Western Division, A.P. Housing Board, 4th floor, APHB Commercial Complex, Kukatpally Main Road, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, so as to reach to this Office on or before the Notified last date of receipt of application. 5) Mode of Allotment a. Open allotment, without any restrictions on No House Certificate etc. b. Residence Proof should be submitted like Pan Card / Ration Card / Driving License / Bank Pass Book and Gazetted Officer's Certificate. c. Preference will be given to the applicants whose monthly income is below Rs.12,500/-per month. If applicants income below Rs.12,500/-per month are not available, applicants above Rs.12,500/- per month will be considered. 6) Mode of Selection: By drawal of lots conducted before the applicants present and 33% waiting list will be taken. The waiting list applicants will be considered if any vacancy that may arise due to cancellation of flat allotted to the successful applicant i.e., on failure of payments in the prescribed time. 7) Refund & Forfeiture of Amounts : i) If the applicant withdraws his application prior to date of drawal of lots, EMD amount will be refunded in full. ii) After allotment, if the allottee requested for cancellation of allotment and refund of EMD amount within one month from date of allotment letter, 50% of EMD amount will be forfeited and balance 50% of EMD amount will be refunded. iii) If the allottee requested for cancellation of allotment after one month from date of allotment letter, the total EMD amount will be forfeited plus 10% of the amount paid, if any will be forfeited and the balance, if any will be refunded. 8) Schedule of payment and rate of interest: 1) Within 90 days from the date of Allotment Letter No interest 2) With prior permission for extension of time from 91 to 180 days from the date of Allotment Letter. 12% Interest per annum. If the applicant failed to take prior permission for extension of time or failed to pay the total cost of the flat within (90) days from the date of Allotment letter, the allotted flat will automatically be cancelled duly forfeiting the amounts as per Condition No. 7 (iii). 9) Monthly maintenance charges for one year added to cost of flat indicated. And Electricity consumption charges to be paid to AP TRANSCO directly and Water consumption charges of Rs.250/- per month to be paid to APHB or any other agency indicated by APHB and 4 months advance to be paid at the time of taking over the flat from APHB or from any cutoff date given by APHB. 10) If the successful applicant desires to obtain the Loan from any Bank / Financial Institutions, No Objection Certificate will be issued for obtaining loan from Bank / Financial Institutions, the allottee should submit application for issue of NOC in writing. After the registration of flat, on payment of entire cost to APHB the registration will be done and the Original Sale Deed will be sent to the Bank / Financial Institutions if they take loan. 11) The physical possession of the flat will be handed-over only after registration and registration will be done only after payment of total cost of the flat etc. 12) Only open scooter parking (un-covered) is available to park their two-wheeler only. No lift is available to the flats. 13) APHB deals with the applicant's only, no other person or entity is recognized. 14) The Single Bed Room Tenements (flats) have separate entry through Phase - V. 15) The cost of the flat include i) Cost of gross floor area of 450 Sft together with undivided share of land which is 25 Sq.Yards. ii) Water and Electricity Connection Charges. iii) One year maintenance charges for maintenance of common areas. 16) The APHB will undertake maintenance of common areas for a period of one year after which period; the maintenance would be handed-over to the residents association formed under the agies of APHB. 17) Only the STP is common for the entire Township comprising 2276 apartments not other facilities. Once maintenance is handed over to the residents of Single Bed Room Tenements (Flats), they shall pay to SITCO Private Limited or any body authorized by SITCO Private Limited proportionate charges towards maintenance of STP. 18) The residents can have the Telephone and Internet services.
