I/We, hereby declare that the registration is valid up to ___________________ and It has not been suspended or cancelled under the previous of this Act. I/We enclose the certificate of Registration and the certificate of Fitness of this Motor Vehicle. I/We enclose "No Objection Certificates" from the Registering Authority is not enclosed, the applicant should file along with this application as declaration as required under the first proviso to sub-section (1) of Section - 47. The vehicle is not subject to an agreement of hire purchase/lease/hypothecation. The vehicle is subject to an agreement of hire-purchase/lease/hypothecation with ________________ and the NOC has been granted/refused by the Financier hereunder. If the financier the applicant should fill along with this application a declaration as has refused "No Objection Certificate" required under sub-section (8) of section - 51.
