Form 'A' Form of agreement to be executed by a farmer receiving subsidy on Sprinkler Sets. I have installed, a sprinkler set on my farm which has been financed by________________________________(name of financing agency/institutions) as per technical design and estimates of Asstt. Soil Conservation Officer___________________and approved by Divisional Soil Conservation Officer _______________________________. Further the Government of Haryana have agreed to grant a subsidy of Rs.___________________________________on the cost of installation of above equipment. I hereby bind myself/my heirs, executors and assignees as under: i) I shall maintain and use the sprinkler set on my land for irrigation purposes. ii) I shall not sell/transfer the equipment before the expiry of a period of seven years from the date of its purchase.
