Name: INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING IN THE ETTC SESSION 2009-2011 ADMISSION FORM-I. 1.Before filling in the Admission Form the candidate should read carefully the information including instructions. 2. Eligibility for Admission in ETTC from JKBOSE " Candidate should have passed 12th class or an equivalent Examination from the Recognised Board/Examining Body before December 2008 with minimum 45% Marks for general category Candidates and with minimum 40% Marks for Reserved Category Candidate". 3. The candidate shall fill in the Application Form in his/her own handwriting/ ligible hand . 4. The Candidate are advised to write following information on the back side of the demand draft to be deposited along with Form at the time of Admission. i) Name ii) Parentage iii) Address iv) ETTC v) Session 2008-2010 5. While writing the Name/Father's Name /Mother's Name please leave one box Blank after completion of one part of the Name. 6. Internet Downloaded qualification certificate will not be accepted. 7. Calculate % age of qualifying Examination properly. Additional subject marks shall not be counted. Any Misappropriation in calculation of %age may lead to rejection of Form without any Notice. 8. In Case Grading Group point Associate*10 i.e ( G.P.A * 10) will be treated as equivalent %age. 9. Ensure that following enclosure be attached with the Admission in Sequence. I) Bank Draft of Rs 600/= in favour of chairman J&K Board of School Education , Payable at Jammu/Srinagar II) Duplicate /Xerox copy of fully filled ADMISSION FORM-I III) Photostat copy of 12th Class Detailed Marks Card(DMC) duly attested . IV) Photostat copy of 10th Class Detailed Marks Card(DMC) duly attested . V) Certificate of Equivalence from the concerned Board/Examining Body in case of the candidate, who have passed any other Examination Equivalent to 12th standard. VI) Photostat copy of Reserved categories (If any) SC/ST/OBC/Differently abled/others issued by the Competent Authority duly attested . 10. Admission Form will be accepted only before and upto the last date i.e 24-02-2009. Board shall not entertain any excuse of postal delay. The Admission Form should be posted well in advance. 11. There is no role of any Middle Man / Agent / ETT Institution representative/s in filling /posting Admission Form. Candidate should personally post his/her admission Form well in time. 12. Mere acceptance of Application / Demand Draft shall not amount to the selection of the candidate for Admission to the Course. 13. All Legal dispute relating to the ETTC through JKBOSE shall be subject to the territorial Jurisdiction of J&K High Court. 14. NCTE Act is not applicable to the state of Jammu and Kashmir. 15. Fee of Rs 600/= in shape of Demand draft in favour of Chairman JKBOSE Payable at Jammu/Srinagar is Non transferable/ Non refundable. 16.
