The licencee shall maintain correct and true accounts in respect of Wheat / Maize in such form and manner as will be prescribed from time to time. 2. The licensee shall submit on the 5th of very month as return in from III of the schedule of the above cited order to the licencing authority. 3. The licencee shall furnish correctly each information relating to the business as may be demanded from him and shall carry on such instructions as may from time and given by the licensing authority or by any officer authorized by him in his behalf or the inspector relating to such business. 4. The license shall render all necessary facilities to the licencing authority or the inspector or such person as may be authorized by either of them for the inspection of the mill, Godown or any other place used for the storage or sale if any including broken or wheat of flour and also for the taking of samples for examination. 5. The licensee shall abide by the directions issued by the licencing authority with regard to the purchase and consumption of wheat/Maize for milling or flour. 6. Contravention of any of the conditions of this license either by the licensee on his agent or servant or a other person who come personally be presumed to have been acting on his behalf will under his licensee will be liable to the cancellation or suspension without prejudice to any other action that may be taken against the licensee.
