No amendment in this licence shall be valid unless ordered by the licensing authority. 2. The licensee shall surrender his licence when required to do so by the licensing authority. 3. The licensee shall produce this licence or its authenticated copy immediately on demand by an officer empowered in this behalf. 4. The licensee shall be bound by the laws, rules, instructions, orders and directions that are in force now or may be and issued henceafter. 5. Infringement of any of the conditions of this licence either by the licensee or by any person in his employ of working on his behalf shall render the licence liable for suspension or cancellation. The licence may be fortified if the licensee is convicted of any offence. It may be revoked at any time for good and sufficient reasons the licensing authority or any officer above his rank.
