Section Officer Section Asst.Registrar INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS 1.Applicants must be careful in entering the details regarding their academic career in the application viz.correct year of admission to the Pre-degree class, college to which admitted, correct register number with month and year of the last examination passed and the institution last attended. All the columns should be filled in with utmost care. 2.Application forms will be supplied on requisition to the Section Officer, Forms section, University of Kerala, TVPM - 34 enclosing with self addressed and stamped envelope and with the price of the form. 3.Private candidates should furnish the name of the examination and center with register number and year with month for which they first appeared and state whether they remitted the fee for registration as matriculates. They should also forward with the application a certificate from a Gazetted Officer regarding their pass at the University examinations. 4.Candidates who have passed the S.S.L.C. Examination may forward their S.S.L.C. books for verification and return along with their application for migration certificate. 5.No migration certificate will be issued to candidates who are not eligible for admission to University course of studies. 6.Candidates who have passed the S.S.L.C. Examination at a sitting from schools within the territorial jurisdiction of the Calicut University from 1968 September onwards are not eligible to get Migration Certificate from this University. 7.A Candidate will not be issued a Migration Certificate more than once at a time. However if the original Migration Certificate issued to a candidate has been lost irrecoverably a duplicate will be issued on cash receipt/Demand Draft for Rs.50/- towards fee together with an application. A declaration of the certificate to the effect that the original Migration Certificate issued to the candidate has been lost irrecoverably and that it has not been utilized for the purpose for which it was issued may also be accompanied by the application duty counter signed by two Gazetted officers. Note: 1. The application should be forwarded through the Principal/Headmaster of the College /School where the student last with a Cash receipt/D.D.for Rs.50/-(Head of Account-K.U.F.) This is not applicable to S.S.L.C candidates. 2. Applicants who have passed S.S.L.C. Examination and have not undergone any course of study under this University should remit a fee of Rs.100/-(Rs.50/- for Migration Certificate and Rs.50/- for registration as matriculate of this University). 3. Fee once remitted will not be refunded. 4. Enclose self-addressed envelope (28x13cm) with stamp for registered post(20gms) 5. Search Fee for Migration Certificate: 1. After One Years of Exam.
