The person in whose favour this Certificate of Registration is issued shall: (a) comply with all the relevant provisions of the Act and Rules for the time being in force; (b) exhibit this Certificate of Registration in some conspicuous place in the premises to which it relates and (c) comply with any general or special directions that may be given by the Controller of Legal Metrology from time to time. 2. This Certificate of Registration is valid for 5 years from the date of issue. It should be renewed before the date of renewal shown in Column No. 5 of the Certificate on payment of the prescribed fee. 3. This Certificate of Registration should be produced at the time of renewal. 4.
