The form, duly completed by the foreign national, should be submitted to the Reserve Bank of India in Quadruplicate alongwith his current passport. If, however, the foreign national is not in India at the time of completion of this form, his passport should be submitted to the Reserve Bank for verification within fifteen days of his arrival in India. 1.
