Method 1

Submit your bank account details
(Click here to see if your bank accepts Method-1, else open your account with the banks in this list to opt for this method)
- By Hand: In Form 4*(Click here to download Form-4 ) to your LPG distributor OR
- On Web: Log onto www.MyLPG.in and enter your bank account details OR

Method 2

Submit your 17-Digit LPG Consumer ID details in Form 3*(Click here to Download Form-3) to your bank branch (Click here to see if your bank accepts Method-2, else open your account with the banks in this list to opt for this method)
